The fee entitles the participant to:

• Participation in all seminar lectures & poster presentations
• Seminar materials (memory stick with Seminar proceedings, promotional materials)
• Lunches & refreshments
• Gala dinner
• Cultural programme

Printed version of Seminar proceedings should be ordered separately (additional cost: 10 € VAT included)

Participation conditions:

Please submit the completed registration form and transfer the payment to the IPP, Lodz Univ. Of Techn.

The confirmation letter with the invoice will be sent to the address given on the registration form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Registration fees, less a €100.- administration charge, will be refunded if cancellation notice is received via email to ppps2018@info.p.lodz.pl before September 01, 2018. After this date registration fees are non-refundable. However a substitute person may be nominated to attend the seminar. All refunds will be processed after the seminar.
